Please note that it is affected by road development on its northern border (Larnaca-Agia Napa motorway). The area consists of several tourist developments with apartment and residential complexes. The property falls within the T2β Tourist Zone (82%) which provides for various tourist uses such as Hotels, houses and tourist villages with the corresponding building factor. It also falls within the EZA zone (18%) with a building factor of 6%.
