Can I include my parents or adult children?
Dependent adult children studying abroad and parents may qualify under separate conditions. We review each family member individually.
Does permanent residency allow me to work in Cyprus?
The property-based route restricts employment, although shareholders can receive dividends from a Cyprus company. We confirm what your specific approval permits.
What happens if I sell the property?
The qualifying investment must be maintained. Selling without a compliant replacement can put the permit at risk, so plan any change with us first.
Is residency the same as citizenship?
No. Permanent residency is an indefinite right to reside; naturalisation is a separate process with its own residence requirements.
