Overview

Yes. Most candidates begin the process from abroad with their employer, entering once the entry approval is issued.
Can my spouse work?
Family members admitted under reunification may access the labour market subject to current conditions. We confirm this before you plan the move.

We look at alternative work permit categories, shortage-occupation treatment or a revised package with the employer.
